Let’s Talk Maintenance

You are a hot tub or spa owner, so let’s talk about maintenance. Scheduled maintenance at the start of the season makes good sense because it allows our technicians the opportunity to inspect your spa and make sure it ready for daily use. We make sure you have a fresh filter and the chemicals are all balanced and look for any signs of trouble that might pop up later. It’s always better to catch a problem when it’s small. If you run your spa year-round, let’s discuss coming out a couple of times to make sure all is well.

Common Problems We Encounter

There are other issues a hot tub or spa may have but these are the main ones to watch out for. If you experience anything like these items, please contact Hoebler Pool and Spa right away.


The hot tub or spa won't heat: If your hot tub starts by losing heat and then drops off completely, not only are you sitting in a tub of cold water, but your heater has malfunctioned. Sometimes it’s not the heater and it’s best to call on Hoebler Pool and Spa to help.


Jets are not working well or not at all: The jets can get clogged but sometimes there is a more serious issue at hand. Please contact us the moment you notice the pressure coming out a little quieter than normal.


Strange Noises: Usually the sign of a noisy pump. Give us a call and we will check it out. 


Error Code on Control Panel: Do Not Panic! The much newer spas and hot tubs are equipped to warn of POTENTIAL problems. Let us know what you have and the code you received. We can let you know what it is, and we can take it from there.
